Eagles to consider sale of building

It was announced that all members are urged to attend the next Aerie meeting on Tuesday regarding the possible selling of the Aerie building. For more information on this matter, contact the Aerie.

Also announced was a picnic for members on July 12 starting at 1 p.m. Participants are asked to bring a dish to pass. Cost is $3 per person or $5 per couple.

Auditor Jan Baumgart gave her report and found all books in order.

A get-well card was sent to Lavina Brown.

Conductress Jeanne Polluch was on the lunch committee. Since she also had a birthday on June 28, members presented her with cards and gifts, and sang “Happy Birthday” to her.

Ladies who need to be interviewed are asked to call the club and leave a phone number so an appointment can be set up.

Dues were won by Gidget Wirgau. Door prizes went won by Struzik and Helen Lidster. Attendance was won by Mary Zawacki. Table prizes were won by Geri Romel, Diane Marchlewski, Polluch and Zawacki.

The next meeting will be held July 8. A potluck starts at 6 p.m., followed by the regular meeting. Members are encouraged to attend as the meetings may be changed in the future to a new location.
