Freshman Hunter Apsey and sophomore Brett Wambold peek out of a hand-painted deer blind, which will be raffled off May 15 at Alcona Community High School. The $500 blind was built by woodshop students under the guidance of vocational para professional Russ Champagne. A chest of drawers, a wall-mounted gun case and other furniture made in the class taught by Chuck Boyer also will be raffled.
