Grateful for retailers not open on holidays

I wanted to say how much I appreciate the businesses that close on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter so families can be together on these very special holidays. I have no doubt that they could profit financially by staying open but I believe they are profiting a lot more with the public and their employees by showing what really matters. Shame on the big retailers for being so narrow minded and not having the same respect for their employees. I have to believe that people can make it through one day on each holiday without purchasing a new flat screen, electronic game or a new set of bed sheets. I know I will remember the businesses that have their priorities in order.
